What you?ll do:
Manage sales and support inquiries for multiple business customers assisting them with a variety of needs such as business formation and changes
Manage multiple corporate accounts
Understand and convey a mastery of our products to customers, assisting them in any questions they may have
Qualifications:
Ability to sell Business Formation services and benefits
1 - 2 years previous related experience selling products in a corporate phone sales and/or customer service environment helpful but not necessary
Ability to quickly learn detailed information about legal documents and services
Proficient with customers on the phone/e-mail
Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, e-mail, ability to learn order management tools
Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Desire to help the company grow through participation in a variety of projects
Detail oriented team player with a passion for helping customers
Previous experience processing electronic orders from customers helpful
Previous work in a legal environment as a paralegal, law school, or experience processing complex documents such as loan applications is helpful
BA/BS Degree, preferred
