Sales Support/Account Manager LightEdge Solutions
LightEdge is looking for an energetic and talented person to assist customers, internal and external, on a day to day basis. This is an entry level position within a company that is growing wildly! This is a foot in the door to endless possibilities.
This position will be responsible for servicing LightEdge sales resources (internal customers) through the generation of product quotes, contract paperwork and other support functions. You will also be responsible for servicing end-users (external customers) by assisting them with day to day account management inquiries and service renewal paperwork.
While this is not a sales position, this position is expected to evolve in the understanding and communication of all LightEdge technology services at a high level and understanding when and how one of our services could be a good fit for the needs of a business.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
Work closely with sales personnel to allow them to fully achieve their potential
Self-starter with the desire to improve themselves and the company
Clear and articulate verbal communications
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple tasks with frequent distractions
Foster and maintain relationships with customers
Ability to understand technical aspects of Networking, Voice, and IT based services
Ability to use basic functions of Microsoft Word and Excel
Education/Experience:
Undergraduate degree preferred, High School completion mandatory
1-2 years of experience in an administrative/support function is ideal, but not mandatory
