Sales Support Administrator Strategic Healthcare Programs

The Sales Support Administrator has overall responsibility for handling all administrative duties through the rapid sales cycle of the Company. These duties include scheduling presentations with prospective clients, accurately entering information into Salesforce.com, sending contracts to prospects, analyzing contracts and healthcare business associate agreements and working with prospects to hammer out details, and tracking multiple accounts through the sales cycle. The position requires a high degree of organization, problem-solving, and the ability to define and/or refine processes.
The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years? experience in a similar role, having both client-facing skills as well as working knowledge of basic contract law. The candidate must have strong computer skills and intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills and familiarity with some type of CRM system. Excellent written and verbal skills are required (spelling, punctuation, proofing, good sentence construction, etc.). Experience generating RFP?s and grants is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High-level proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
Experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM
Experience with HIPAA or similar security/privacy a plus
Experience generating RFP's
Negotiation skills
Ability to establish positive relationships with clients and internal staff
Superb problem solving skills
Superb written and verbal communication skills- Enjoys fast-paced positions in a for-profit environment
