Sales Support Manager, CRM Cardinal Commerce
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily activities of the operational sales support function including but not limited to reporting, data cleansing, RFP's, business case production and Customer metrics
Owner of the CRM solution Salesforce.com
Responsible for development and implementation of standard policies/procedures for all department functions.
Responsible for sales-related data management including updated contact and competitive info, and help with the enforcement of proper CRM usage by entire organization
Create and deliver ongoing training to the team
Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reporting for the team and senior management
Maintain up to date listing of all payment brands including their transaction activity
Ability to work with data and proficiency using Office and Salesforce.com
Knowledge of CRM solution Salesforce.com a must
Ability to structure data, build reports and understand the system a must.
Financial acumen and strong understanding of business metrics and sales trends
A clear, concise communicator with exceptional listening skills
Proficient at multi-tasking.
Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area is preferred.
