- Cooperation with HQ for any purchasing / finance / legal related issues
- Cooperating with local book-keeping and payroll company
- Dealing with local authorities-Trade Office, Bureau of Labor, Tax Office …
Renewals â€" 35%
- Weekly distribution of the Renewal Reports to Distributors, Partners and Sales Reps.
- Uploading renewal opportunities into the Salesforce for individual Channel or Account Managers
- Channel / End-user contact for the renewals, - Renewal quotes
- Renewal process management in region
Back Office Support â€" 25%
- inbound customer/channel calls, - quote/pricing support internal/external/trade In, - licensing consulting,
- issue/problem solving, - NSP support/consulting
