Job DescriptionAs the first point of contact for customer inquiries, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. You will also provide support to Penumbra?s field sales team.
Duties?Respond to customer inquiries by taking and processing domestic and international customers? email or fax orders and sending confirmations
?Communicate with customers regarding product details, package tracking, and other concerns
?Enter orders in QAD, confirm inventory availability, send customer order confirmations and produce reports
?Process Returned Material Authorizations
?File customer complaints
?Interface with the sales department to provide accurate reports of daily sales
?Maintain customer databases
?Maintain excellent customer relations
QualificationsHigh School plus three years experience in accounting or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred. Medical device, pharmaceutical or similar industry experience also desired. Strong oral and written communication skills are required, along with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). This position requires attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. QAD experience desirable.
