Primary Responsibilities:
Professionally represent Geomagic Sales Support to channel partners, customers and our internal departments.
Generate and deliver timely maintenance renewal quotes.
Generate product and services quotes for sales team.
Provide accurate pricing and appropriate price lists to Channel Partners and sales team.
Access best solutions for customers/partners working within company policies and guidelines.
Verifies accuracy of orders and resolves order problems with sales management, sales reps or channel.
Create and administer software licenses
Schedule and follow up on open training orders.
Prepare, distribute and maintain world wide distributor contracts, logs and files.
Authorize demonstration licenses and portal passwords for distributors and customers.
Respond to technical and sales related emails and telephone inquiries from customers, partners and internal personnel.
Work well with other departments to maintain or improve intra-departmental processes and communication.
Field questions from sales or customers, and collaborate with manager and other departments for solutions
Document and maintain current sales support policies and procedures
Maintain/Update customer records in CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics GP
Prepare reports on department metrics and sales statistics and other ad-hoc reports in support of sales team and mgt.
Performs other sales support duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
Minimum 4 years experience in order processing or sales administration environment
Quote/Order processing and fulfillment experience in a sales organization
Demonstrated organizational skills necessary to coordinate and prioritize daily activities & projects
Experience using standard MS office desktop applications, CRM systems or other proprietary software systems.
Experience in order processing and/or preparing sales quotes
Experience with Sales reporting and Excellent Excel skills
Competencies:

Technical background to handle company proprietary business applications

Detailed oriented with ability to focus while completing complex activities
Demonstrated initiative and ability to make appropriate linkages in work requirements and anticipate next steps

Multi-lingual communication skills a plus.
