Sales/Systems Engineer Array Networks
Array Networks is seeking additional bright, dedicated, and enthusiastic Sales/Systems Engineers to join our sales organization throughout the US. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and all aspects of the technical pre-sales and implementation process from requirements analysis to successful evaluation
Work closely with Inside Sales and Technical Support teams
Develop and deliver customized technical sales presentations
Manage and maintain RFP/RFI responses and field knowledge base
Manage and conduct technical training to customers/partners
Work with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and deliver technical sales information and tools
Manage the continuous feedback of customers/prospects to Marketing, Engineering and Sales
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to design, propose and convey complex technical design information in response to customer requirements
At least 5-10 years of successful sales/systems engineer or systems consultant experience at medium/large companies
Experience supporting security/access control/policy management products
Experience supporting traffic management (load balancer) products
Strong administration skills for Windows and Unix (Linux, Solaris)
Substantial practical experience with TCP/IP and HTTP protocols
Knowledge and understanding of network/security issues and solutions
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
Ability to travel extensively in the Western Region
Ability to acquire new technical skills quickly and contribute to a wide range of projects
A self starter - highly motivated and able to work productively with minimal guidance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
BS EE/CS or equivalent experience
