Sales/Telemarketing Representative Calabrio
POSITION SUMMARY
The Calabrio Telemarketing Representative is responsible for working with an internal team for
lead generation, lead nurturing and appointment setting for the Calabrio sales team and
partners. This position will establish ongoing communications with existing Calabrio leads, follow
up on inquiries in response to marketing campaigns/programs, and reach out to target lists in
order to generating new sales opportunities for the company. The position is ideal for
candidates who are interested in being part of a growing sales/marketing team in a dynamic
software industry, looking for a career path in sales.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
? 4 year degree in B.A. in business management, marketing
? Minimum of 2 years sales and/or telemarketing/telesales experience in a B2B environment
? Call/contact center industry and/or software experience a plus
