As the Sales Training Analyst, this individual would be responsible for supporting multiple
Channeladvisor sales teams (Inside Sales, Mid-Market Sales, Enterprise Sales, and Account Management) across multiple geographies (primarily US and UK) from a training perspective. This person would be responsible for sourcing training needs, developing training curriculums, organizing and coordinating training programs, and gathering feedback to streamline the process. Periodic travel to our London office may be involved.
Essential Job Functions:
Meet with US and UK Sales management monthly/quarterly to source training needs and develop new training programs
Create quarterly training plans, based on identified needs.
Collaborate with Services, Product Management, and Marketing to create content and facilitate training sessions.
Maintain all areas of the GST (Global Sales Training) Google site.
Publish and update the Sales training calendar.
Create and administer learning paths via the CyberU LMS.
Create/coordinate training videos (currently w/Camtasia Studio)
Strong communication skills; the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent organizational skills.
Experience with Learning Management Systems a plus.
Experience with CyberU a plus.
Experience with Camtasia a plus.
Ability to work with little instruction on day-to-day work, and achieve results when presented with only general instructions on new assignments.
Experience with retail and/or manufacturing companies a plus.
Advanced understanding of online marketing and advertising concepts (comparison shopping engines, search, marketplaces) a plus.
Background in software development and customer service a plus.
Bachelor?s degree with at least 2-4 years work experience, and 2 years of Internet enterprise application or software training experience preferred.
