Responsys is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to join a growing Sales Enablement team. We are looking for someone who is well versed in instructional systems design, loves the world of sales, and is passionate about challenging the status quo in the learning world.

? Coordinate our existing Sales Boot Camp event series
? Run our weekly Sharing Success webinar
? Collaborate with an Instructional Designer to develop/deploy an e-learning/social learning-based onboarding program
? Develop ongoing sales learning programs that encourage adoption of new skills
? Partner with subject matter experts, senior leadership, and product marketing to develop a catalog of on-demand learning modules
? 5-10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a sales trainer role
? Experience in building learning modules using innovative methods such as social, informal, mobile and/or gamification
? Exceptional presentation, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to adapt content based on audience engagement
? Experience with Salesforce preferred
? Experience with Enterprise Social Networking (Chatter, Jive, Yammer, etc.) preferred
? Experience with Challenger sales preferred
? Travel up to 30%
