We are expanding our sales team to meet demand for this exciting new technology.
We are looking for Sales Training & Enhanced Practice Specialists (STEP Specialist) for the following areas:
North Florida Los Angeles New York Minneapolis Washington DC
Summary:
The successful Practice Support Specialist will work in conjunction with Account Manager and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager to effectively support company and customer procedure training, marketing strategies and objectives to achieve territory, regional and national objectives on a consistent basis. Duties include:
Develop strong relationships with physicians and most especially with the staff who perform the procedure. Conduct initial procedure training and retraining to further the practice objective of having very satisfied patients
Make timely follow up visits post-installation to assure proper treatment protocols with the objective of assisting the practice in achieving a high level of patient satisfaction
Partner with the practice staff and physician to assist with the implementation of the marketing plan developed by the Account Manager for the practice
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the Account Managers and Regional Managers in all aspects of assigned territory/account responsibilities. The Account Manager is responsible for overall account performance including the development of the practice marketing plan
Assist the Account Manager with the initial installation of aesthetic device
Provide physician and staff procedure training as well as follow up retraining
Implement and execute marketing programs and message
Contribute to achievement of territory, regional and national goals and objectives.
Provide ongoing technical support and marketing support for the CoolSculpting Procedure
Provide a high level of customer service and sales support to achieve customer and patient satisfaction
Develop strong business relationships with customers and key accounts
Ability to make appropriate business decisions in the best interest of company objectives
Maintain in good order all aspects of Zeltiq business through a computer-based Customer Relationship Management program
Execute the developed business plan per territory to drive product acceptance, usage and customer satisfaction
Complete the required administrative tasks necessary for the position
Effectively manage company resources in a responsible and efficient manner
Minimum Qualifications
3+ year?s successful sales support experience in the aesthetic or similar b2b model
College degree
Strong track record of success in medical device, aesthetic or pharmaceutical sales and support
Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and support to achieve practice integration of the CoolSculpting Procedure and ensuring a high level of customer/patient satisfaction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Polished presentation skills and public speaking ability
Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetic field
Strong sense of urgency to achieve goals and objectives
Practical business acumen
High level of emotional intelligence and maturity
Willing to travel and work weekends and evenings when required
Demonstrative compliance with necessary administrative functions of the position
Proficient with Microsoft Office including the creating of PowerPoint presentations, excel spreadsheets, and word documents
