As the Sales & Use Tax Manager, you will ensure that Tesla is in compliance with sales and use tax laws and regulations. You will manage all state sales & use tax functions (compliance, audits, internal / external customer service), in addition to other U.S. indirect tax obligations of Tesla.
You will be accountable and manage the indirect U.S. tax advisory and compliance function by ensuring compliance obligations are met, proactively advising internal stakeholders of indirect tax implications to minimize tax exposures to Tesla and establishing effective controls and reconciliations in order to minimize audit exposure.
