Breathe Technologies, Inc., is a developer andmanufacturer ofinnovativemedicaltechnologiesfortreating lung
diseases and sleep?disordered breathing. The company wasfounded in January 2005, and their ventilator,featuring the
company?s proprietary, open?airway platform, is cleared for use in both the institutional and homecare settings.
SCOPEOF POSITION:
? Reporting to the Vice President of Sales,the SalesDevelopmentrepresentative isresponsible forthe promotion and
sale ofthe company?s productsin their designated geographic area. These activitiesinclude directsalesto key
customers who are designated as ?house accounts? as well assupportingDistribution Partner?s efforts with their
local/regional opportunities. The position willsupport both regional and national clinicalmeetings by working
together with other corporate staffto demonstrate productto various audiences. Working collaboratively with
other corporate staff and distribution partnerstomeet and exceed the company?s unit and thusrevenue objectives
isthe primary goal ofthe position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Be the salesleaderfor all company productsin designated geography
? Develop strategic/tactical plansforsales development with corporate staff and distribution partners
? Monitor progress againstthose plans and goal attainment
? Assistin training of new distribution partnersalesteamstaff
? Work collaboratively with corporate clinical andmarketing staff to develop new programs
? Contribute to newmarket/segment development of company?s products
? Provide on?going feedback to corporate colleagues on product performance, pricing, competitive activity, etc.
SKILLS /APTITUDES:
? Ability to successfully work with individuals,teams,staff, and seniormanagement, distribution partners
? Ability to effectively and convincingly presentinformation and to demonstrate devicesto varied audiences
? Demonstrated credibility and leadership withmedical community
? Outstanding organization, interpersonal, negotiation,time/projectmanagement,motivational, and judgmentskills
? Knowledge ofreimbursement and third party paymentsystems a strong plus
? Excellent working knowledge ofUS Respiratory Market
REQUIREDEDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
? BS in Life Sciences or equivalent
? Registered Respiratory Therapist or RNpreferred
? Minimum7?10 yearsrelated clinical experience in the area ofrespiratory services and or devicemarkets
? Directsales and salesmanagement expertise and experience
