3E Company is seeking to hire a Salesforce Administrator. This person will be the go-to person for training and support for the sales, operations and marketing teams.
Serve as the lead administrator for the company?s Salesforce solution, helping define lead management rules and procedures.
Assist Account Managers with maintenance and training of Salesforce.com, including updating system when appropriate.
Work with end users on workflow, and help answer questions involving process, new account creation, reporting, best practices, etc.
Produce all sales and marketing reports, and work to continually refine new reports and dashboards.
Manage lead data to maintain a high level of accuracy and continue to improve upon existing data.
Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end users. Act as a support resource for existing users post-training.
Work with sales, marketing and finance teams to ensure proper reporting and processes are in place.
Provide overall administrative support to the sales department
Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
1-3 years experience in sales, marketing operations, and/or financial administration
1-3 years of experience with operational support using Salesforce.com
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Strong problem solving and analysis skills
Experience with RFP?s (Requests for Proposals) is highly desired
Must be experienced in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Must be detailed oriented
