SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR/DEVELOPER Invenio Marketing

Creation and maintenance of SalesForce custom apps, objects, approval process, formula fields, record types, page layouts, workflow business rules, user maintenance, and similar types of settings.
Coordinate and integrate with third party applications
Develop visual force pages, custom reports and dashboards.
Develop maintain and enforce security architecture for end-users, profiles and programs.
Manage segment, partition data. Perform imports, exports, de-dupe and normalization.
Develop training plans, materials and documentation for users, keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions.
Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve.
Work with business owners, SMEs and internal developers to develop scalable applications that meet functional and non-functional requirements on schedule
Recommend best practices.
Minimum 2 year experience with Salesforce.com Administration, Certification is desired but not required.
Demonstrated expertise and experience with various CRM applications and relational database applications.
Familiarity with direct marketing strategy, analytics, database structures and technologies is a plus.
General Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data, metrics and statistical methods.
