Turn is in need of a driven, hands-on, business-minded individual with a strong technical grounding in the capabilities and functionality of the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform. Part of the global Business Operations team, this is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced, resourceful and creative SFDC implementer and power user to assume the role of technical project manager.
This individual has a deep understanding of advanced SFDC configuration and best practices with regard to business effectiveness, lead generation, and reporting and dashboards.
Owner of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include customize and implement fields, workflows, triggers, page layouts, dashboards and reports on Salesforce.com
Providing day to day troubleshooting and support for our rapidly growing pool of end-users.
Develop procedures to increase operational efficiency and data quality
Create training materials and train users on system utilization and best practices
Run analysis on existing database to identify existing trends and provide strategic recommendations for future developments
Evangelize and drive user adoption across the organization.
Implement enhancements and roll out new features
Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve our integrations with different systems
3-5 years as a Salesforce administrator
Strong functional knowledge of the Salesforce data structure; understands how to leverage the tool to meet complex reporting requirements while enabling long term scalability.
Demonstrate the ability to provide instruction to audiences of varying technical backgrounds.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Excellent project management skills and experience in regionally dispersed, SAAS software environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests.
Creative and analytical thinker passionate about solving challenges by leveraging technology solutions.
