What You?ll Do:
As WideOrbit?s Salesforce Administrator, you?ll be the person primary responsible for the management and optimization of the Salesforce.com implementation at WideOrbit. You will perform administrative functions including but not limited to: user management, configuration, customization, reports , dashboard development, data management and technical support for the application. The Administrator will work closely with internal teams to drive overall business process improvements across all customer care channels.
Other Responsibilities:
Leverage Salesforce.com capabilities to best serve WideOrbit customer care business processes, knowledge management and customer feedback needs
Manage roles, permissions, access across the organization
Implement/improve workflows and workflow rules, views, triggers, and business processes
Configure SalesForce.com extensions and/or plugins to meet internal business process needs
Build, refine and publish SalesForce dashboards and reporting for organization
Ensure the development and communication of all process documentation
Conduct business process reviews to better align SalesForce customization
Educate and train SalesForce users across the organization
Who We?re Looking for:
You?re the ideal candidate if you?re a skilled administrator who can take general direction and complete tasks in creative and effective ways; you?ll have the ability to identify problems, assess priorities and develop solutions. To be a great fit for this role, you must also have:
BA or BS equivalent in information technology/architecture, industrial design, computer science or related discipline
2+ years of strong SalesForce.com design and administration experience including but not limited to:
Custom reporting
Modifying pages, views, dashboards
Experience working with workflows and triggers to automate tasks, notifications
End user support for Salesforce functionality
SalesForce.com Certified Administrator credentials are a plus
Experience developing process flows and documentation
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
Experience with sales, marketing and customer service processes
Self-motivated, flexible, team player with strong interpersonal skills that can accommodate our ever-changing environment.
