Salesforce Application Analyst/Developer Care.com

This person will ensure timely releases of Salesforce deliverables, including administration, feature enhancements, reports and dashboards. As required, the candidate may also work with Salesforce validation rules, workflows, custom objects, and CTI. Integration of other applications with Salesforce may also be required. The ideal candidate will have both experience with Salesforce and a general knowledge of building business information sysstems.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities

-Perform general administration of Salesforce, including maintaining user accounts, roles/profiles, bulk edits and other day-to-day tasks
-Conduct business systems analysis/design, data modeling, process flow modeling, and process re-engineering for applications to be developed using Salesforce
-Construct, implement and maintain Salesforce reporting solutions for internal teams
-Construct and implement solutions for integration of supplemental tools with Salesforce
-Ensure all product implementations are met on time, within budget and are in agreement with specifications
-Assist in planning, construction and implementation of business validation rules, workflows, and custom object relationships as required by the business teams

Skills/Experience Requirements

-Demonstrated experience and proficiency developing applications with Salesforce
-Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Setup
-Demonstrated ability to create Salesforce Reporting tools, Custom Object Relationships and Validation Rules
-Understanding of complex data modeling and analytics
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment as a project requires.
-Excellent people skills, time management skills and ability to take responsibility for deliverables.

Education/Other Pre-requisites

-3+ year of experience working with SalesForce.com
-BA/BS in computer science or related field
