Description and Responsibilities:
Administrate and manage the Salesforce CRM application (SFDC). Working knowledge of SFDC functionality, reporting and maintenance. Possess the business acumen to assess the impact a process change might have on the system and guide process definitions accordingly. Consult with Sales Management to analyze and understand user needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements. Provide end-user instruction and support to resolve application issues. Manage Service Requests with SFDC Support. Develop training materials and provide training to new users.
2 - 5 years experience working with SFDC.

Validation Rules, Advanced Formulas
Reports, Dashboards, Views
Experience training users on SFDC
Demonstrated experience performing business analysis for Salesforce.com feature enhancements and troubleshooting.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users, at all levels.
Certifications a plus, e.g. SFDC Certified, PMP, CBAP, MBA
BS and/or equivalent work experience and education (good reason why you didn?t finish our CEO didn?t)
