Salesforce.com Administrator and Sales Operations Analyst Clarabridge
Clarabridge is looking for a hands-on Salesforce.com Administrator focused on reporting, metrics, and implementing new Salesforce.com features and products in response to a variety of business needs. The individual should have proven problem-solving skills and enjoy becoming a subject matter expert in multiple areas. He or she should have a strong affinity for a well-organized database and a passion for clean data. The ideal candidate will:
Have substantial background & experience as a Salesforce.com administrator in a fast-paced, quickly growing, and often changing SFDC environment.
Serve as a resource for users of the system, providing day-to-day end user support and suggesting proactive best practices to increase efficiencies for users.
Maintain user roles & profiles, security settings, roles hierarchies, and sharing rules.
Perform routine Administrator functions: update fields and page layouts; create new formulas, complex Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes; create and maintain custom objects, fields, and reports.
Be a reporting Ninja: create customized, informative reports and dashboards for all levels of users, from individuals to executive leadership.
Interface with our Marketing team and marketing automation tool to correctly route and report on leads.
Coordinate and manage a governance and change management model for a rapidly-growing SFDC environment.
Be able to gather diverse business requirements and translating them to actionable system solutions.
Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations.
Identify SFDC usage problems and develop creative technical solutions.
Support and train new end users and peers on the Salesforce.com application.
Enjoy working independently, while engaging his/her supervisor as needed.
A minimum of a Bachelor?s Degree required
2-3 years of Salesforce experience as an Administrator.
Experience using Salesforce APIs to integrate SFDC with other tools or to migrate data.
Experience integrating automated marketing solutions with a CRM.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization.
Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies. Ability to handle full workload and meet deadlines.
Proven success designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform
