Opportunity: Salesforce.com Administrator
The Salesforce.com Administrator is responsible for helping to drive Sales productivity within GetWellNetwork, providing sales force automation technology and providing actionable metrics to sales and corporate management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Salesforce.com Administrator will play an integral role in the success of the group. Specifically s/he will be responsible for the following:
Lead salesforce.com enhancements to address user requirements and changing business needs.
Lead user requirement sessions and document user requirements.
Document system configuration.
Estimate project effort and track project status using defined project management methodology.
Assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com.
Drive and increase user adoption and ensure satisfaction, including delivering training and support to users.
Lead report and dashboard generation as requested by management.
Interface daily with the sales team/technology department and provide top-quality end user support of the salesforce.com application.
Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings to make organization charts and structure.
Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts in accordance with newly defined territories.
Gain expertise by researching changes in upcoming versions of salesforce.com and new/existing resources; provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills
Examples of data (re-)structuring and management, including custom fields, calculated fields, etc.
A strong functional understanding of systems, databases/database terminology required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; must be very capable with Excel (know how to perform pivot tables, V-look ups etc).
Familiarity with accounting system / ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite or similar).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized. Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively, and have the propensity to handle urgent interruptions professionally.
Able to effectively manage/prioritize complex tasks and projects.
Strong sense of how Salesforce.com can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line.
Sound analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve with both internal and remote users.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong business acumen.
Salesforce.com certification a plus.
Strong presentation skills a plus.
Required Experience
BA / BS Degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the administration of Salesfore.com or a minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Business consulting position working with salesfocre.com required.
Hands on real world experience with APEX Development (Triggers, functions, etc.)
Experience with use of the Salesforce.com APIs (via java, or through web services) to integrate Salesforce.com with other tools.
Demonstrated experience with integration of SF with other systems (central authentication, database exports/imports, LDAP, CRM, etc.).
