THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Salesforce.com Administrator is a member of the Sales Operations team, and manages a Salesforce.com environment for a group of 20+ sales and marketing users. In addition to being the go-to person for the maintenance and integrity of the company?s opportunity and client data, you?ll have a strong role in the execution of our marketing campaigns. You will also train new users and troubleshoot to ensure efficient and effective utilization of Salesforce.com for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Salesforce.com administrator, or a business analyst with proficiency in Salesforce.com system administration. You understand how Salesforce.com works at a macro level, but detail-oriented enough to make changes at very granular levels.
To excel in this position, you must be able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment, plan and manage your time effectively and pay strict attention to the details. In addition, excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to present subject matter to a non-technical audience and strong interpersonal skills are required to perform the role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring Salesforce.com data accuracy, including updating, de-duplication, importing and exporting records, and ongoing maintenance
Developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com to provide business intelligence for Sales, Marketing and other departments
Reviewing existing workflows and validation rules, and be able to create new custom objects, applications, validation and work flow to improve efficiency and productivity
Participating in the execution of marketing campaigns, primarily through list segmentation and SFDC integration of Eloqua data
Collaborating with technical resources to establish and maintain effective integration between Salesforce.com and other systems such as Outlook and Eloqua
Participating in cross-functional teams and providing technical expertise on issues involving Salesforce.com
Providing appropriate data access and security by maintaining the role hierarchy, access profiles and other security systems within Salesforce.com
Training end users, including developing training materials and documentation, on how to use Salesforce.com, build custom reports and dashboards, use Eloqua data in Salesforce, use Outlook Connector, SF Mobile Lite and other similar tools
Providing prompt support to end users to resolve Salesforce.com issues as they arise
2+ years? experience as a Salesforce.com administrator (Visualforce experience a plus)
Familiarity with marketing automation tools; Eloqua experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and complex processes
Strong Excel skills, especially experience with any Excel-based Salesforce.com connector (Apex Data Loader, Force.com Explorer, Excel Connector)
Familiarity with Crystal Reports
Able to clearly communicate technical processes, problems, and solutions to a non-technical audience
Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the company
