Be an integral part of our business process and ERP/CRM design and implementation. We are looking for an ambitious, innovative, hard-working, and results-oriented individual to help us implement and manage our ERP/CRM based primarily on SFDC.
We are particularly interested in candidates with 3-5 years of experience in consultant, system administrator, or business process analyst roles working specifically with SFDC (sales, service cloud, billing, and other modules and applications from the APP Exchange). Other experience with NetSuite Financial, ERP or CRM software is highly desired.
Own key initiatives around the structure of and scalability of our business systems and support the design, implementation, and rollout of comprehensive sales, billing, knowledge management, self service, and customer service programs of varying complexity to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day business functions?
Derive requirements from departmental execs and end users regarding business needs and translate them appropriately into technical specifications when necessary ?
Provide day to day troubleshooting and support for our rapidly growing business, customer base and employees
Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve upon our integrations with various business systems (such as NetSuite and Rally)
Independently carry out development, unit testing, QA, implementation, documentation and end-user training
4 year degree. Technical or business degree preferred. ?
3-5 years of experience administering Salesforce for a rapidly scaling organization ?
Salesforce.com Admin Certification (201) required; Advanced Admin Certification and Developer Certifications are big plusses. ?
Experience working under tight deadlines and able to deliver quality system enhancements without detailed requirements ?
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans ?
Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast pace environment with minimal guidance ?
Experience at a tech start-up a big plus ?
Proven experience in Force.com and API development (WSDL, SOQL, SOSL, REST, SOAP).?
Experience working with various webservice and web development technologies including: XML, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, DOJO.?
