This role is responsible for leading design, architecture, development, and ongoing support of our enterprise solutions that supports our business organizations. We need someone who is driven, business-minded and technically strong.
Work close with business partners to develop scalable CRM solution
Lead and/or contribute to all CRM/ERP related projects developed
Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements
Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve upon CRM/ERP integrations with different systems to support business processes
Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
Work closely with business to review operational processes and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
Design, develop and configure customized solutions
Develop and maintain validation rules, custom workflows and processes.
Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications
Manage and run project implementations from start to finish
2+ years of experience with SFDC/NetSuite development and administration
Excellent project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with multiple departments such as marketing, sales, finance, support, etc.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, etc) a plus
Experience developing and maintaining SFDC environments required (software industry preferred)
Proficient in CRM administrative tasks
Able to configure and maintain user security permissions in compliance with organizational needs
Extensive experience in designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Work Flows, and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates, and Email generation according to application requirements
Hands on experience with Apex, Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Components & Controllers, Force.com Platform
Experience in working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
Experience with use of the Salesforce.com APIs (via java, or through web services) to integrate Salesforce.com with other tools
