To continue building our lead in the IAM market, we are seeking a Salesforce.com Business Analyst. This individual will be responsible for driving productivity and efficiency in the organization through the use of process design and technology. The position reports to the VP of Operations and will be responsible for the following activities:Responsibilities:
Evaluate and propose how best to leverage the Salesforce.com technology and eco-system to meet evolving business requirements and information needs both within and across all departments.
Work effectively with all stakeholders to identify and prioritize specific requirements.
Design and implement solutions (using industry standard best practices) with all departments in the organization that utilize and access Salesforce.com.
Develop and maintain project deliverables that support the business processes, including functional specifications, solution design documents and hands-on configuration of the system.
Provide functional leadership during upgrades and major changes to the system.
Enhance user knowledge and competency with the system.
Participate in change management activities.
Requirements:
5-7 years? experience building and leveraging scalable and innovative enterprise-level solutions utilizing the Salesforce.com platform for enterprise software companies.
Strong analytical, written, oral and consulting skills.
Demonstrated project management expertise and experience using business process tools.
Ability to connect business requirements with functional capabilities of systems and applications.
Excellent change management skills.
Receptive listening skills with the ability to present complex ideas in clear, concise fashion to both technical and non-technical teams.
Team player with the ability to work with global teams.
Experience with cognitive design, information architecture and user-centered design a plus.
5 Years? experience in business analysis.
Knowledge of App Exchange applications a plus.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com configuration tools and methodologies.
Salesforce.com Certified Administrator or Architect preferred.
SQL Query language and related database experience is a plus.
Ability to travel at least 10% of the time (position may require some travel for training).
Experience with integrations between Salesforce.com and FinancialForce, Marketo, Great Plains and Sharepoint.
Experience developing dashboards and reporting within Salesforce.com.
