We?re looking for a hungry, creative Sales Training Specialist to help groom and support our world class sales organization.
Effectively deliver selling skills onboarding, ongoing training, and other programs as directed by the sales training team, specifically tailored to meet the technological needs of our sales team
Work with Manager of Sales Learning &Development and sales management team to develop essential training programs that will help the organization achieve its sales plan.
Design, deploy or acquire new and innovative training programs for the sales organization, specifically tailored towards achieving salesforce.com proficiency.
Conduct in person trainings on salesforce.com and addressing other sales skills as necessary
Coach, train, and provide timely feedback to sales representatives in an effort to improve performance and sales effectiveness.

Some experience in revenue-specific training design/facilitation/coaching.
Demonstrated knowledge of general revenue methodologies and processes.
Ability to evaluate and present effective solutions for employee development needs.
Flexibility and adaptability to shifting needs, evolving priorities, and urgent situations that arise
2+ years of prior sales or account management experience highly desirable
Ability to travel occasionally (25%)
