Salesforce Developer Axial
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As a SalesForce.com (SFDC) developer, you will lead the design and development of critical internal and customer-facing solutions that impact the way we sell, engage, and drive success for our customers (we call them ?Members?). Your work enables internal visibility to key data and analytics, drives meaningful gains in sales team productivity, and facilitates a tight and data-intensive integration between the Axial and SFDC platforms.

As a SFDC developer, you will be focused on three core priorities:
1. Data. Build and manage the API integration between the Axial and SFDC platforms, with a focus on enabling internal visibility into key network and Member activity data.
2. Sales team productivity. Optimize SFDC for maximum efficiency so that the Axial sales and success organizations can connect with and support customers with greater ease and less time. Using the SFDC developer toolkit and other tools, you?ll help our team get more done everyday by automating and optimizing everything we do.
3. Build products for our Members. Design and build revenue-generating products that enable the integration of Axial and SFDC for our Members. SFDC is the CRM platform of choice for many of our Members, and you will create products that help embed the Axial Network into their daily workflows via SFDC.
Advanced proficiency with SFDC developer toolkit (Visualforce, Apex, API, Controllers and Triggers, etc.), verifiable by outstanding references
Experience architecting, designing, and developing custom applications on the Force.com platform
Proven ability to integrate data and businesses processes across disparate systems
Experience with SQL, SOQL, and Git
Preference for candidates with basic SFDC configuration knowledge
Experience inside a rapid-growth, high-performance culture
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Resourceful and able to navigate complex problems without explicit guidance
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Urgency; restlessly and relentlessly delivering impact to Axialites and Members
