Yelp is looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to focus on new Salesforce.com features that will help the company drive more revenue and improve efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for creating solutions for the 600+ (and growing) users on the Salesforce.com platform. This is located in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full software development lifecycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment, including multiple concurrent projects
Architect customer-based solutions and develop products on the Force.com platform using Apex and VisualForce
Leverage our database to provide insightful and actionable information for the 600+ person sales organization
Lead, mentor and teach developers best practices for customizing Salesforce
Interact directly with engineers to ensure solutions are scalable
Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce
Lead customer-driven solutions utilizing strong technical design skills and strong working relationships with internal groups
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related degree
2-4 years of development experience with Java, .NET, Python, Ruby, or equivalent technologies
2+ years Salesforce development experience
Expert in solutions and system architecture
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Have a passion for solving customer?s challenges by leveraging technology solutions
Have a desire and ability to define and model complex business processes and use cases
