Technical/Systems Analyst will be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle including requirements gathering and analysis, design, coding in ABAP, application scenario testing, implementation, and administration.Critical Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Knowledge of SAP CRM systems required.
? 5+ years of experience in ABAP programming with development and support of business application
systems including analysis, technical design, programming, and testing.
? Experience in designing and configuring SAP ECC 6.0 integrations with SAP/Non SAP systems and
cross-functional business solutions. Ability to quickly identify and analyze technical risks & impacts; define alternatives & prioritizations to remove technical roadblocks.
? Must have expertise in Interfaces (flat file based, XML and IDoc interfaces).
? Experienced in Workflows, RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, IDoc Programming, IDoc Extensions, ALE
configuration and Message Control. Deep knowledge of Internet protocols such HTTP, FTP, SFTP and
SOAP.
? Proven experience in Enterprise Services Builder and Integration Builder.
? Demonstrated experience with XI/PI graphical mapping tool.
? Hands on experience in Runtime workbench and the standard monitoring tools including but not limited to, Message Monitoring, Component Monitoring, Performance Monitoring, and Alert Configurations.
? Experience supporting multiple modules of SAP is a must.
? Experience with programming in BW is a plus.
? Experience with Solution Manager is a plus.
? Three or more full project life cycle SAP implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training and post implementation support.
? Understanding and use of SDLC methodology good practice.
? Experience with business case development, project planning and estimation is a must.
? Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
? Cross-functional business experience is a must
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and test solutions using established SDLC methodology.
? Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
? Prioritize and manage work assigned for projects and support.
? Coordinate with various teams to optimize custom programs and processes to improve system
performance and prevent system interruptions.
? Provide ABAP technical support for patch and release upgrades.
? Document and maintain a solution portfolio and identify opportunities for solution re-use.
? Research and utilize new programming techniques and methods where appropriate.
? Identifies opportunities to re-engineer existing solutions to better utilize technology, optimize
performance, and simplify support.
? Manage and coordinate work of consultants when necessary.
? Stay current with technical products, practices and methodologies that are relevant for the applications being supported.
? Execute all testing methodologies of software implementations.
? Share knowledge and applications across multiple businesses and IT groups.
? Develop and implement best practice programming standards that meet regulatory compliance
requirements. Periodically audit standards.
? Develops SAP Solutions using the following languages and/or technologies: ABAP, J2EE
Education, Experience, and Job Knowledge
? Minimum Education: Bachelor?s Degree in IT, Business or other related field.
? Knowledge of SAP CRM systems required.
