SAS PROGRAMMER ANALYST - 6 Month Contract Acurian

We are looking for an individual who is proficient in SAS and can program the automation of several canned reports that we produce on a weekly basis. The programmer will be working directly with the statistical analysis team to find ways to be more efficient in the large number of analyses that must be produced for each project. Although it is not required, the position is ideal for someone with a statistical or data analysis background. Responsibilities:
Design and automate the creation of various statistical reports using SAS, VBA for Excel and VBA for Access.
Run weekly reports and work with the Statistical Analyst to interpret the reports and distribute to the company.
Work with the Marketing department to develop reporting metrics that track a campaign?s performance and dictate the priority of tactics used.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other quantitative discipline
Experience in SAS programming and Microsoft VBA for Excel
Basic knowledge of databases, querying large datasets and writing SQL statements
Statistical or Data Analysis background a plus
