Scientist - Bioinformatics/Data Scientist Nodality, Inc.
Nodality, selected as the ?Most Promising Company? at the 2011 Personalized World Medicine Conference, is looking for an individual who is motivated to apply his/her bioinformatics and computer science skills to the high-impact area of personalized medicine. You will be part of a team that is working to make a difference in the lives of patients by probing biology at the deepest levels to individualize medicine.
Our proprietary Single Cell Network Profiling (SCNP) technology quantifies intracellular protein function of individual cells in a high content and high throughput format. We use our robust and reproducible assays to perform drug screening and therapeutic profiling, to quantify intracellular network activation for systems biology research, and to develop highly predictive algorithms for patient stratification and therapeutic treatment selection. This approach allows the interrogation of cell signaling networks and pathways downstream of gene and protein expression, providing an integrated view of disease biology.
In this role, you will make significant contributions to Nodality's research and development team as we design and analyze the high content experiments. You will have the opportunity to work with, and learn from world-class experts in a wide range of disciplines including, biology, computational sciences and translational medicine. You will be intellectually challenged, and have an opportunity to grow your career in a variety of directions.
