Description
We are seeking a Scientist in Pharmaceutical Development Group at Zosano Pharma. The primary responsibilities for this role designing and developing formulations, optimizing manufacturing processes, and manufacture CTM for clinical. Candidate will be responsible for carrying out laboratory experiments in support of discovery and development molecules. Also, writing technical reports, and CMC sections of the regulatory dossiers.
Responsibilities
Design and conduct formulation development, process development, process optimization, scale-up, and manufacture CTM for clinical trials on assigned projects
Prepare and review batch manufacturing records, product development report and other development-related documents
Work in CMC and project teams to support drug product development, CTM manufacturing, and regulatory filing.
Work as part of cross-functional team to ensure development of products in a timely manner
Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields with 2-5 years? experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Candidate must have experience in protein and peptide formulation in addition to solid state characterization techniques (DSC, TGA and FTIR). Experience in lyophilization cycle development is desired. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal and technical), interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
