Applicants must meet the following requirements:Ph.D. with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Highly proficient in current molecular biology methods leading to the expression and manipulation of recombinant protein sequences with a focus on immunoglobulin expression in mammalian cells
Extensive and relevant experience in molecular biology, protein expression, and protein analysis applied to high throughput screening and/or display methodologies
Established track record of publications, presentations, and other experience such as preparation of regulatory and scientific documents
Must be highly meticulous and organized
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing complex experimental plans directed at producing, optimizing, and testing recombinant antibody-based proteins, including humanization and affinity maturation
Directing the efforts of junior staff in the area of antibody engineering and establishing highly effective, reproducible, and efficient laboratory practices and procedures
Analyzing and presenting complex data including preparation of manuscripts for publication, patent applications, and regulatory documents
