The successful candidate will collaborate with other team members in the yeast engineering group and be hands-on in generating and testing hypotheses for increasing the quantity and quality of antibody produced. Candidates should have the training/experience to take a cross-disciplinary and quantitative approach to engineering yeast for enhanced antibody secretion. We seek a candidate who will take a leadership role in establishing an innovative, multi-pronged approach to identifying and alleviating bottlenecks in antibody production, utilizing concepts and data from fields such as gene expression, cell biology, and yeast metabolism.
