Pilots learn to fly planes using flight simulators. Doctors learn medical procedures using the simulators that we create. We have been creating these simulations for more than 14 years and are the worldwide leader in our area of simulation training. As the ScrumMaster for our development team, you will be working with a group of developers, testers and product owners to clear obstacles in their way and optimize the process that allows them to deliver our product. You will act as a buffer between the team and any distracting influences, keeping the team focused and productive. You will do so using your talents in task management, communication and collaboration.
What you will be doing
Leading two scrum teams running against one backlog coming from multiple product owners.
Leading scrum meetings including the daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective, sprint planning and estimation meetings.
Continuously seeking and implementing improvements in our Agile process.
Providing necessary reports about progress (velocity) and status.
Working in cooperation with Product Owners, Project Managers, Technical Leads, Architects and Management.
Acting as an Agile evangelist and delivering internal Agile/Scrum trainings, as necessary.

Certified ScrumMaster or eqivalent.
Experience/skills in any of these areas would be nice but is not required
Certified Scrum Professional or equivalent.
Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent.
Software development processes and methodologies other than Scrum.
Backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.
C++ software development.
Hardware development (mechanical and electrical).
Gaming development teams.
Endovascular medical procedures.
