The successful Search Engine Marketing Specialist will drive increased revenue and profit from search marketing through traffic acquisition. Working closely with the Search Engine Optimizer, he/she will be partially responsible for the creation, execution and management of high volume search and display campaigns to deliver quality traffic to MINDBODY websites and drive lead conversions. Responsibilities will also include tracking marketing channel performance through various analytics platforms. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty of the job outlined below, and to accept special projects as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Degree & Some College Experience. Equivalent work experience can be substituted for college experience.
Proficient with MS office skills; intermediate Excel knowledge is required. Advanced Excel is preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
1+ yr of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and/or Pay-per-click (PPC) experience in either a B2B or high-traffic site environment.
Past Marketing experience or education a plus.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive.
Help manage new and existing paid search campaigns, including day-to-day optimization efforts such as keyword expansion, ad copy development, bid strategy and budget monitoring.
Report on various information related to paid search campaigns as needed.
Manage paid search campaigns to optimize click through and conversion rate.
Work with Marketing and Finder departments to synchronize advertising and promotional campaigns and keyword campaigns, as needed.
Proactively make adjustments to existing campaigns to ensure its success.
Participate in Marketing Department and other organizational meetings, as required.
Collaborate with other marketing staff and other departments, as needed, and serve as a champion of the MINDBODY brand.
Maintain a strong solid understanding of MINDBODY software.
Function with an attitude of continuous improvement and growth, both personally and for the organization.
Understand the Pay-Per-Click SEM marketplace.
Assist Search Engine Optimizer with various SEO projects as needed.
MINIMUM ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
Professional experience with SEO/SEM/PPC in B2B or high-traffic site environment.
Strong attention to detail.

SCOPE OF SUPERVISION/AUTHORITY: Duties are performed under limited supervision. Decision making authority is broad due to the scope of assignments. Major changes in policies must be deferred to Direct Manager. No direct management responsibility.
