Overview:iCrossing is looking for a Search Optimization Analyst (SEO) to work in our Scottsdale, AZ Office.
The SEO Analysts? primary purpose is to support senior team member?s (Natural Search Strategist) overarching search strategy by assisting with the production of most ?Research? related tasks and deliverables.
In addition, the Analyst will play a central role in several ?Development and Implementation? tasks, primarily the execution of off-site strategies (aka link building).
Responsibilities:
Assist in the production of all ?Analysis? related tasks and deliverables as outlined by a Statement of Work and under the guidance of a Natural Search Strategist

Local Search Analysis
Assist in the production of all ?Development and Implementation? tasks and deliverables as outlined by a Statement of Work and under the guidance of a Natural Search Strategist

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree preferred
Familiarity with major search engines
Experience with keyword and web traffic tools a plus
Search Engine Optimization experience a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced level Excel skills a plus
Advanced Power Point skills a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner
Strong mathematical, analytical and writing skills
Must be able to compare data and analyze tactics to maximize results
Fundamental understanding of HTML
Experience with CSS, JavaScript and Flash a plus
