STATUS: Seasonal Part-Time
REPORTS TO: Resort Manager
Exclusive Resorts seeks an Exclusive Concierge for our luxurious Lake Tahoe residences in California. A flexible schedule is required, including nights, holidays and weekends. The Concierge will provide travel information and arrange accommodations for members by performing various duties.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides descriptive literature pertaining to trips, excursions, sports events, concerts, plays, etc.
Discusses routes, time schedules, rates and types of accommodations with members to determine preferences, and makes reservations
Verifies arrival and departure times, traces routes on maps and arranges for baggage handling and other special services requested by guests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping
Greets members
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 years hotel or home management experience
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Local knowledge
Luxury hospitality experience strongly desired
