Jumptap is looking for a dynamic individual to join the Finance team. This is a great chance to take the next step in your career to gain valuable experience and take on more responsibility.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Drafting SEC filings and preparing and maintaining supporting documents, including preparing the EPS calculations, cash flow statement and statement of shareholders? equity
Preparation of quarterly earnings releases and conference call scripts
Review financials for quarterly Board package, coordination of Audit Committee package and Close Binder
Assist and advise on monthly close procedure to facilitate required quarterly SEC reporting and reconcile certain balance sheet accounts
Coordinate disclosure committee activity to ensure proper compliance with required reporting
Provide counsel to the CFO and other senior management on the implications of accounting rules as they relate to the Company
Other responsibilities as required
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in accounting or finance required
CPA preferred
Excellent Excel skills
5 years SEC reporting preferred
Ability to work in fast paced, ever-changing environment
