Keynote is seeking an SEC Reporting Manager. The person will report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer and will provide leadership and coordination to ensure company accounting procedures and reporting conform to generally accepted accounting principles and to ensure compliance with internal controls.
Responsibilities:
Manage the external reporting process to meet SEC requirements
Report the financial performance to management and the Board of Directors
Manage the testing of internal controls in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley
Develop, implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations (hiring/terminating policies) and other corporate policies.
Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance
Primary liaison between the company and its independent audit and tax firms
Coordinate and manage the tax provision preparation with outsourced tax department
Responsible for accounting for stock-based compensation
Assist with the monthly close process, including working with international locations
Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting and reporting, including analysis of technical accounting issues in accordance with GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, and COSO for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting with strong Accounting experience
Four (4) to Seven (7) years? experience in a mid-level finance or accounting position, and a CPA (preferred)
