SilkRoad is seeking a self-motivated Security and Compliance Analyst to be an important contributing member of our team. Key responsibilities include:
Essential Duties include:
Work collaboratively with third party auditors, internal auditing, operations, engineering, implementation, and support in the compliance to all corporate and regulatory compliance practices.
Ensure software licensing compliance, including ongoing maintenance renewals, new license purchases, and asset management.
Assist in documentation of security policies, procedures, and standards.
Maintain security analysis devices, providing monitoring and reports to management. Such devices include network monitoring, application monitoring, asset management, log management, and Security Incident Event Management (SIEM).
Complete security questionnaires and RFPs for customers and prospects.
Participate in the maintenance of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans and the testing of the plans.
Collect and organize data for report preparation and analysis; perform special projects as needed (e.g. survey, studies), including preparation of memos and status reports for management.

Experience with information security principles, methods, and techniques.
Familiarity with security audit requirements and procedures.
Familiarity with Windows Server technologies (Active Directory) and networking strategies.
Proven ability to manage time, multi-task and excel in a deadline-oriented environment while supporting several initiatives simultaneously;
Excellent time and resource management skills, including project management skills;
Ability to interact skillfully and diplomatically with multiple stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
Minimum of 1 year of industry experience; Entry-level candidates with a four year degree in a security-related educational program may also be considered.
Demonstrated experience in a fast paced environment with multiple responsibilities that must be performed simultaneously.
