Responsibilities:
Deliver services including risk assessments, audit planning, systems auditing, system development reviews, implementation, and operation and/or platform reviews for Fortune 500 organizations
Review information security controls to help provide effective, efficient, and secure access to information within these applications
Clearly communicate information security and technology issues to client and internal staff
Work closely with the existing client base while actively developing new business
Develop proposals for pre-sales teams
Superior communication and presentation skills
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
Qualifications:
2 years in the internetworking industry demonstrating a knowledge of:
Firewall Technology
Security Practices (Audits, planning, design, implementation, testing, and management)
LAN/WAN internetworking technology
Policy and Procedure review and implementation
Cryptology tools, methods, systems, and protocols
Networking and Application Protocols
Cisco Security Products (Cisco Certifications Required)
Other Security controls in a variety of shapes & sizes
Superior communication and presentation skills
Experience teaching technical subjects to diverse audiences
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
Tactical and strategic expertise in designing, implementing, managing, and enhancing network environments utilizing security technology
Working knowledge of compliance services including risk identification, management, and mitigation.
Education and Certifications:
BA or BS degree from an accredited institution
CISSP - recommended; Cisco Certifications - Candidate for CCIE or current CCIE
