Security Engineer - U.K. Liquid Machines

As Security Engineer, you will be responsible for pre sales activities, day-to-day operations and strategic planning for the english organization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Pre sales technical support covering all sales and marketing efforts in the area including pre-sales support.
- Primary technical and conceptual sales support contact for customers
- Working closely with all sales functions
- Project management and reporting
- Development of existing and new accounts/Channel Partners in conjunction with sales reps
- Identification of new projects
- Conceptual and technical support of prospects and customers
- Product and solution presentations
- Active participation in IT security events and trade shows
To succeed in this position, you have:
- 2+ years experience as Pre-Sales Engineer
- Familiar with the networking and security technologies
- Good knowledge in the security environment and Check Point products
- TCP/IP advanced IP Routing & Switching
- Network Design & Troubleshooting
- Comprehension of Complex Systems
- Advanced problem solving techniques
- Multi-Vendor Interoperability
- Network Operating Systems (incl. Microsoft and Linux)
- VPN, PKI, IPSec
- Knowledge of Network Applications - Including DNS, Mail Systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
