Identifying, analyzing and categorizing fraudulent websites
Contacting Internet Service Provider staffs worldwide to prompt immediate action to end network abuse and remove criminal websites
Collaborating with other team members to achieve team objectives and manage projects
Communicating with customers to provide informational updates and deliver exceptional service quality
Minimum Requirements:
Call center, user support/help desk or ISP abuse desk experience preferred
Ability to type at minimum 30 WPM average speed
Conscientious attitude and dependability, strengths in teamwork and communication
Attention to detail, and desire to complete work accurately and quickly
Creative approach to problem solving
