THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The CBM of a global or national account is responsible and accountable for all services and support aspects of the account and acts as a single point of contact for the client. This includes implementation, rollout, and delivery of products and services, support of production issues, as well as business development and generating new business jointly with the sales team.
General Roles and Responsibilities
A single point of contact, directly responsible for the rollout/delivery of products, services and production.
Directly responsible for improving and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain positive and productive long term working relationship with the customer?s business and operations managers. Become their trusted advisor.
Responsible for proliferation NICE market/mind share across all levels of the client organization.
Adept in identifying, managing and mitigation competitive inroads.
Work jointly with sales to promote and expand sales of NICE solutions, as well as value added services such as training and consulting.
Develop and effectively manage a profitable P&L for the account, quarterly and yearly goal requirements expected to be obtained.
Develop best practice approach for delivering of service and support for client and all clients to drive TCO (total cost of ownership) and ROI (return on investment).
Work with functional line leaders to develop new methodologies where appropriate to deliver value and excellence while driving out costs and waste for NICE and clients.
Leadership, mentoring and empowerment of service and support team in a matrix environment working with the client.
Advocate for the client to deliver information back into NICE to deliver on business and technical requirements.
Lead NICE resources around complex escalated issues.
Optimize and develop partnership working model with client and NICE teams.
Resolve issues and strengthen partnership with the customers.
Estimated 60% travel.
Master?s degree in Software Development or Business Management.
Ten to fifteen years of account and customer management experience.
Physical Security and/or Public Safety industry background.
