Security Software Sales Manager - West nCircle Network Security

The Job:
We have an immediate opening for a driven, versatile sales professional, with enterprise sales skills in the network security and/or configuration compliance market. A history of proven track record and success is mandatory, as is customer commitment and employment stability.
We are conducting a high-level search for a successful technology sales person to cover the marketplace in the Southwest U.S. and Latin America. This position will have a specific focus in promoting and selling advanced agentless solutions focusing on Configuration and Compliance and Vulnerability/Risk Management, and Security Information Management and Benchmarking of Security Metrics at the CIO/CISO Level.
Reporting to the Director of North American Sales, you will be responsible for selling enterprise-wide security, configuration and compliance, and SW/HW solutions to C-level management.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven track record consistently exceeding quota.
Must be tenacious and success-oriented, a self-starter with high energy.
5-7 years' experience selling network security solutions.
5-7 years' experience selling systems and networking solutions.
Experience selling networking products to C-level executives in Global 2000 accounts.
Experience with and the ability to demonstrate consultative solutions selling.
Strong business, communications and information technology knowledge.
Ability to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge relating to company and competitor's offerings.
Experience using Salesforce.com highly desirable.
Ability to travel at least 50%.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment where action and initiative are prerequisites to performing well.
