Job Summary:We are seeking a self-motivated Security Test Engineer with industry experience testing enterprise class products. The primary focus of the Security Test Engineer is to perform application security and penetration testing and vulnerability assessments against native built and web applications.

Essential responsibilities:
Perform security and penetration tests
Author test plans
Analysis of Test Results
Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to validate quality and verify security and functionality
Perform vulnerability assessments
Create Threat Models and Security Test Plans
Authoring security test plans
Qualifications
Strong background in penetration and vulnerability testing
Solid understanding of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
Familiar with operating system internals
Experience using vulnerability testing tools
Programming and scripting skills
Experience with API testing, SQL/MS SQL Server, and web services
Experience testing Web and Native applications
Minimal requirements
Security and penetration testing experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Must be proactive, self-motivated, attentive to detail, and able to work well under pressure
BS or MS in Computer Science or Degree in a similar field
Minimum 5 years of experience with software security testing
