Sell Through Support Manager - Wholesale Integra Telecom

DescriptionResponsible for assisting and sustaining Wholesale Sell-Through sales efforts, customers (Resellers) and the National Account Managers assigned to existing customers and/or the development of customer sales relationships.
Proactive and regular contact with assigned account base. Oversee available network (NNI) capacity with customer. Working knowledge of end-user services for integrated and finished Ethernet products including, EoC, EoTDM, EoF, E-Line, E-LAN, SIP and VoIP services. Lead in the development and implementation of account management strategies to ensure quality customer solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively. Working knowledge of provisioning, test and turn-up and repair processes and NNI Architecture.
Requirements
Qualified candidates at all levels will possess:
?5-7 years working experience in a sales, sales training, project management, engineering or customer service management role within the telecommunications field.
?Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
?Working knowledge of Finished Ethernet products and NNIs and NNI Architecture.
?Ability to understand and train sales professionals to sell Integra products and communicate Sales strategy.
?Knowledge of or ability to learn value of fiber based network and explain to Resellers.
?Demonstrated experience in medium to large customers, specifically telecommunications accounts; preference given to knowledge of Wholesale reseller market.
?In depth knowledge of telecommunications services.
?Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate Wholesale or complex Service Level Agreements in the interest of managing customer expectations and delivering best-in-class service.
?Ability to comprehend legal agreements and follow and communicate those tenants.
?Strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills.
?Ability to conduct large group meetings and presentations for internal and external clients at all levels of the organization.
?Exceptional verbal and written communication skills which demonstrate techniques in persuasion, selling, negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service.
?Computer skills, including spreadsheets, presentation and word processing programs. Possess knowledge of company processes and organizational structure.
?Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive materials and information.
?Ability to travel to customer locations or Trade Association Conferences as required
?Management experience within a CLEC.
? Ethernet product knowledge CCNA or CCDA.
?Working knowledge of Ethernet CPE
?Experience using Microsoft Office software programs, Excel, PowerPoint.
?Group Presentation skills.
