The Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for providing accounting analytical support to the Controller in the areas of monthly closing and reporting, financial analysis, complex reconciliations, internal controls, automation and clean-up related tasks.
Job Duties
Assist in the monthly financial close process and financial reporting
Coordinate financial audits tasks with CPA firms and accounting team
Assist in budget and forecast process
Reconciles, analyzes, and summarizes financial reports
Coordinate and facilitate the process of documenting accounting policies and procedures
Review data accuracy of financial reports submitted by Asia subsidiaries
Assist automation of financial reporting system
Conduct ad hoc research and analytics as directed and present to management the findings and/or recommendations
Perform special project assignments
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
Experience:
Advanced Excel skills are required (such as Pivot tables and look up functions)
Access skill is a plus
SAP ERP experience is preferred
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
7-8 years experiences in accounting, auditing or financial related
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently and effectively under deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate cross departments
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in the high-tech Manufacturing industry is preferred
License/Certification: CPA or CFA License is a plus
